Note that this sight sits very low. On certain rifles with tall height sights ( such as the AR15/M4 ), the front iron sights will interfere with the sights field of view. If that is the case with your rifle, you can either replace the iron sights on your rifle with a flip-down option to get them out of the way or you can purchase a riser mount which will increase the height of this sight so the iron sights will not  interfere with the field of view.
