.458 Lott. These laser bore sighter will drop directly into the chamber of
your rifle/pistol and project a perfectly straight Laser Beam right down the
middle of the bore.
This is by far the most convenient and accurate method for sighting in your
rifle or pistol. Simply place the batteries into the Bore Sight housing then
replace the end cap turning to the right until the end cap lightly seats
which will activate the bore sighter laser. Place the Bore Sight into the
rifle/pistol chamber and slowly close the bolt ( On some rifles/pistols it
will not be necessary to have the bolt closed if the bore sight fits snug in
the chamber). The red laser dot will project through the barrel.
Then proceed to adjust the windage and elevation settings on your sight or
scope to meet the red laser dot. After this process you will need to live
fire only enough to fine tune the scope or sights to compensate for
inconsistencies, such as bullet drop due to weight and other changes to
point of impact caused by bullet/barrel imperfections. The Laser Bore Sight
is factory aligned and needs no calibration. Includes batteries for all 4
cartridge boresighters.
